Transport Yourself To The Victorian Era

At Hunter House Victorian Museum, we aspire to be more than simply a collection of unique objects. We are devoted to creating a living, interactive learning experience through events and exhibitions. Our carefully curated private collection attempts to impart our knowledge and ideas, and instills excitement and imagination in our visitors. We hope you’ll come visit us soon — we promise you’ll learn something new.

The museum is currently closed for touring due to maintenance. Older homes require much care and attention, and oftentimes we can't predict when projects will arise. This sometimes leads to unexpected changes to our open schedule. This unfortunately means that we will not have our popular Victorian Mourning exhibit on display this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your support and look forward to welcome tours in the near future.

All of our current scheduled events will NOT be affected by this closure. To view our current lineup of events, visit www.hunterhousemuseum.org

For any questions please email hhvm1894@gmail.com or call 757-623-9814.
